Ever dreamed of doing something exciting and rewarding as an individual, a family, or group. Do you just want to get outside and enjoy the summer in a way that challenges you. Have you ever done something that takes you to and beyond your comfort zone, something that pushes you to do better because the reward is so great.
ROCK CLIMBING is FUN, EXCITING and AN AMAZING WORK OUT, plus a GREAT FAMILY ACTIVITY.
You have a choice of days out:
A "Taster", which would be a great day out for all. (Very Cheap Group Half day)
You may be looking to learn the basics and do a "introductory course".
(This can be inside or out, depending on course request).
You maybe looking to learn "lead climbing" indoors. ( I Can travel to your local Centre ).
And not forgetting "Mountain Days" Covering Route planning, Navigation, etc...Also can do DoFe (Duke of Edinburgh Bronze,Silver & Gold).
(All this will give you access to the indoor & outdoor world of climbing, rather than going to the gym or sitting at home.)
